Shipping policy
All items are final sale.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, please allow up to 3-5 business days (local orders) and 7-10 business days total (international order) for processing your order. Processing includes making your products, labeling them, printing labels and packing products in the package securely. This timeframe does not include weekends or holidays.
We ship orders Monday - Friday only.
Wrong or Incorrect Orders:
The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. We do not make address adjustment unless notified by email. So please verify you entered the correct address (that includes apartment & suite numbers).
Please be certain your address is correct before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address. If you happen to catch that you entered the wrong address you can email us at allmynaturalsllc@gmail.com with the correct shipping address before your order is shipped. Once shipped we will not be responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address.
Incorrect Shipping Information:
If a package is returned to All My Naturals due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re delivery cost (amount subject to change based on current shipping rates).
All My Naturals is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.
Lost or Stolen Packages: All My Naturals is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, All My Naturals will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. It is the purchaser's responsibility to inquire about your lost or stolen package.
DAMAGED PRODUCT AND INCORRECT ORDERS: In the event that you received the wrong item, an item is missing from your package, or damaged item please email us at allmynaturalsllc@gmail.com within 72 hours and we will try to resolve the issue once verified. Pictures may be required for our records.
No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order.
International customers:
• International Customers subject to pay for import duties and taxes (VAT) upon delivery
• If package return to sender due to failure to pay for duties and taxes or buyer refuses to pay for duties and taxes, partial refund will be granted to buyers for that package once returned. Due to return fees applied.
